I manage the administrative side of your transaction from acceptance to close — tracking every deadline, coordinating disclosures and signatures, communicating with escrow and lenders, and keeping all parties on schedule. This lets you focus on your clients while I handle the paperwork and timeline.

I don't order inspections, provide legal or contractual advice, or negotiate on your behalf. My role is coordination and paperwork management — not representation. Any decisions about the transaction itself remain between you and your client.
